Starting Position: Lie on the floor, face up with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Hold a kettlebell in each hand by the handle, the larger part hanging on the outside. Extend your arms straight out at a 90 degree angle to your body, resting your elbows on the ground.

  1. 1 Exhaling, simultaneously bring your hands towards each other, meeting above your chest like you are going around a large exercise ball. Keep your elbows slightly bent the entire time.
  2. 2 Inhale and slowly lower down to starting position.
  3. 3 Repeat this exercise until you have completed all repetitions for the set.
