Exercise Category: Kettlebell Shoulders

Starting Position: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, toes pointing forward. Hold a kettlebell by the handle in each hand with an overhand grip, palms facing out. Hold the kettlebells just above shoulder level, elbows flared out.

  1. 1 Exhaling, extend one kettlebell straight up above your shoulder.
  2. 2 Inhale and slowly return your arm to starting position.
  3. 3 Repeat with your opposite arm.
  4. 4 Repeat this exercise until you have completed all repetitions for the set, alternating arms.
