Starting Position: Sit on the front edge of an exercise ball, back straight and feet flat on the ground. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing you, arms extended straight down by your sides.

  1. 1 Simultaneously lift both arms up and out in front of you to your shoulder level, keeping your arms straight. At the peak of the motion, your palms will be facing the floor.
  2. 2 Slowly lower your arms back down to starting position.
  3. 3 Repeat this exercise until you have completed all repetitions for the set.
