Starting Position: Kneel on the ground on your hands and knees, keeping your arms and legs shoulder width apart. Place your palms on the ground, fingers facing each other.

  1. 1 Arch your back and hang your head until you feel a stretch in your back.
  2. 2 Hold the stretch for about five seconds, then return to starting position.
  3. 3 Repeat this exercise until you have completed all repetitions for the set.
