Instructions
1Fill a large pot with 2 quarts cold water and place over High heat. When boiling, add pasta and cook 8-10
minutes. Drain.
2Place a medium skillet over medium heat. Add oil. When hot, add zucchini and onion, saute until tender. Toss with hot pasta, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
