Instructions
1Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil.
2In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and brown sugar. Season both sides of each tilapia fillet with five-spice
powder.
3Cook 2 minutes, then flip and reduce heat to medium. Whisk soy mixture once more and add to pan, bring a boil and cook another 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add scallions and serve with pan sauce.
