  • (1/4 cup) red onion, minced
  • (1 Tbsp.) sugar
  • (1 Tbsp.) jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • (2 tsp.) cider vinegar
  • (2 tsp.) low-sodium soy sauce
  • (1/2 tsp.) salt
  • (1/2 tsp.) ground allspice
  • (1/2 tsp.) dried thyme
  • (1/2 tsp.) black pepper
  • (1/4 tsp.) ground red pepper
  • (8) skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 lbs.)

Sweet Chicken Thighs

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce.

    Instructions

  1. 1Spray a grill pan with cooking spray and heat it to medium-high.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine red onion, sugar, jalapeño pepper, cider vinegar, soy sauce, salt, allspice, thyme, pepper and red pepper. Toss chicken in sauce.

  3. 3Cook chicken 10 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve and enjoy!
