1Place a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add oil. When hot, stir in carrots and onion. Cover and cook 6-7 minutes. Add garlic and rosemary, cook another minute, stirring

2Add broth and zucchini. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook 3 minutes, stirring once or twice. Add tortellini and tomatoes, cook another 6-10 minutes. Add vinegar and
serve.
