  • (2 lb.) roasted chicken, skin discarded, meat removed from bones and shredded
  • (1/2 cup) prepared barbecue sauce
  • (1 cup) canned black beans, rinsed
  • (1/2 cup) frozen corn, thawed (or canned corn, drained)
  • (1/4 cup) reduced-fat sour cream
  • (4 leaves) romaine lettuce
  • (4) whole-wheat tortillas (10 in. diameter)
  • (2) limes, cut in wedges

BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Wrap

Whole wheat-tortillas filled with shredded chicken, black beans and corn cooked in a creamy barbeque sauce.

  1. 1Cook chicken, barbecue sauce, beans, corn and sour cream in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes.
  2. 2Top each tortilla with 1 lettuce leaf and 1/4 barbeque chicken. Roll up, cut in half and serve. Enjoy with a squeeze of lime.
