An easy to make dish of tender gnocchi in a brown butter sauce with vegetables, Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.

Instructions
1Fill a large pot with 6 quarts water and place over High heat. When boiling, add gnocchi and cook 3-5 minutes, or follow cooking times of package. Drain and set aside.
2Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter, cook 2 minutes. Stir in shallots and zucchini, cook another 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, nutmeg and pepper, cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
3Add Parmesan, parsley and gnocchi, toss and serve.
