White Wine Garlic Chicken w/Onions

  • (2 medium) red onions, sliced into rings
  • (1 head) garlic, cloves separated, peeled, and sliced
  • (1/4 cup) lemon juice
  • (1/2 cup) white wine
  • (4) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • Paprika to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

White Wine Garlic Chicken w/Onions

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts baked with sliced garlic and red onions in a lemon white wine sauce.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a medium sized baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2Season chicken on both sides with paprika, salt and pepper. In baking dish, layer 1/2 each of onions and garlic slices. Top with lemon juice, white wine, chicken and rest of onions and garlic.

  3. 3Bake 25 minutes, or until cooked through and serve.
