Teriyaki Glazed Pork Chops

  • (1/2 cup) teriyaki sauce
  • (1/2 cup) orange juice
  • (1/4 cup) dry sherry
  • (2 tsp.) fresh ginger root, minced
  • (2 cloves) garlic, minced
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Ground allspice to taste
  • (6) pork chops, 3/4 in. thick

Teriyaki Glazed Pork Chops

Thick pork chops marinated in a teriyaki orange marinade then baked until tender and juicy.

  1. 1In a large glass or plastic bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, orange juice, sherry, ginger root, garlic, pepper and allspice. Coat pork chops in marinade, cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours, turning every so often.

  2. 2Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pork chops in a baking dish and bake 30-40 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
