Instructions
1In a large glass or plastic bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, orange juice, sherry, ginger root, garlic, pepper and allspice. Coat pork chops in marinade, cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours, turning every so often.
2Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pork chops in a baking dish and bake 30-40 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
