Instructions
1Fill a large saucepan with 1-2 quarts cold water and place over High heat. When boiling, add pasta and cook 6 minutes. Add asparagus and cook another 3 minutes, drain and
set aside in pot.
2Place a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add oil. When hot, add garlic and stir about 1 minute.
3In a medium bowl, combine milk, mustard, flour, salt and pepper. Add to pan, whisk and simmer 1-2 minutes.
4Add tarragon, lemon zest and lemon juice to sauce, toss with pasta. Place back over medium-high heat and cook until thickened. Add half of cheese, stir to combine. Serve with rest of cheese.
