Instructions
1Fill a large saucepan with 1 quart cold water and place over High heat. When boiling, add pasta and cook 6 minutes. Add broccoli rabe and cook another 3 minutes. Drain.
2Place another large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and rosemary. Cook 1 minute. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together broth and flour. Add to broth, whisk until simmering and thick.
3Add chickpeas, vinegar, salt, pepper and pasta. Cook another 2 minutes, stirring to combine and serve.
