  • (6 oz.) 99% lean ground turkey breast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • (2) leaves butter lettuce
  • (8) thin slices cucumber
  • (2 Tbsp.) fresh alfalfa sprouts
  • (2 Tbsp.) fresh bean sprouts
  • (2 Tbsp.) low-fat Caesar dressing

Caesar Turkey Lettuce Wrap

A bunless Ceasar turkey burger wrapped up in butter lettuce with tons of fresh veggies.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
  2. 2Season the turkey meat with salt and pepper, then form it into a patty. Place on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once.
  3. 3Cut the burger in half and place both halves on the lettuce leaves.
  4. 4Top with cucumber, alfalfa, bean sprouts and dressing, fold over and enjoy.
