Instructions
1Spray grill rack with cooking spray and preheat grill to medium-high.
2In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, orange juice, basil, mustard, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. While whisking, slowly stream in 3 Tbsp. oil, set aside.
3Use 1 Tbsp. oil to brush each side of tilapia fillets. Top with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Grill 7-8 minutes, turning once halfway through. Serve with greens and vinaigrette.
