Chili Lime Fish Tacos

  • (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • (2 Tbsp.) lime juice
  • (2 tsp.) soy sauce
  • (1 tsp.) chili powder
  • (1/2 tsp.) cumin
  • (1 clove) garlic, minced
  • (2 lb.) tilapia fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • (16) soft corn tortillas, warmed

Chili Lime Fish Tacos

Tilapia is marinated in a sweet and spicy sauce then baked until flaky and served in warm corn tortillas.

  1. 1Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer in a large baking dish.
  2. 2Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin and garlic. Pour over fish, cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
  3. 3Preheat outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium. Grill fish 4-6 minutes, turning once. Set aside 5 minutes, cut into chunks.
  4. 4Fill each warm tortilla with fish and serve. Enjoy!
