Simple Turkey Burgers

  • (3 lbs.) ground turkey
  • (1/4 cup) seasoned bread crumbs
  • (1/4 cup) finely diced onion
  • (2) egg whites, lightly beaten
  • (1/4 cup) chopped fresh parsley
  • (1 clove) garlic, peeled and minced
  • (1 tsp.) salt
  • (1/4 tsp.) ground black pepper

Simple Turkey Burgers

A great tasting substitute to beef hamburgers that are low in fat and calories.

  1. 1Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Form the meat mixture into twelve even patties.
  4. 4Place burgers on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once.
  5. 5Serve with lettuce and tomatoes on whole-wheat buns*, or serve bunless!
