Loaded Potato Stackers
Thick sliced Russet potatoes baked until tender and topped with crispy turkey bacon, creamy avocado, cheese and sour cream.

Instructions
1Preheat grill to medium heat.
2In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, chili powder and salt. Place over direct heat on grill for 10 minutes, turning once. Spray a sheet of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray and place on the grill, oil-side up.
3Transfer potatoes to foil and cook over indirect heat another 20 minutes, or until tender. Grill turkey bacon over direct heat 2 minutes, turning once, set aside.
4Top each potato with 1/2 slice bacon, 2 slices avocado and 1 Tbsp. cheese. Continue to grill over indirect heat 4 minutes. Serve with sour cream and hot sauce.
