Ingredients:
  • (1 tsp.) dried basil
  • (1 tsp.) dried marjoram
  • (1 tsp.) dried thyme
  • (1/2 tsp.) salt
  • (8) lamb loin chops (3 oz. each)
  • Mint jelly, optional

Herb Lamb Chops

Lamb loin chops marinated with a dried herb rub then broiled until crispy.

About 10 minutes (plus 1 hour chilling)

    Instructions

  1. 1With oven rack in top position, preheat broiler.
  2. 2In a small bowl, combine herbs and salt. Coat lamb chops evenly with mixture, rubbing into the meat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. 3Broil 10-16 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Top with mint jelly* and serve.
