This easy semi-homemade dish features frozen cheese tortellini and mixed vegetables in a quick white cheese sauce.

Instructions
1Fill a large pot with 5-6 quarts cold water and place over High heat.
2Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil. When hot, add garlic and stir 1-2 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together broth and flour. Add to pan, boil and cook 3 minutes.
3Take off heat, add cheese, tarragon and salt, set aside.
4When boiling, add vegetables and tortellini to water, cook 3-5 minutes. Drain, toss with sauce and serve.
