Honey Sesame Grilled Salmon

  • (2 Tbsp.) fresh lemon juice
  • (1 Tbsp.) honey
  • (1/4 tsp.) salt
  • (4) skinless salmon fillets (4 oz. each)
  • (8) scallions, white and green parts, halved lengthwise, then cut into 1 in. diagonal pieces
  • (1/2 cup) sesame seeds

Honey Sesame Grilled Salmon

Lean salmon fillets grilled in a lemon honey sauce until flaky with scallions and sesame seeds.

  1. 1Preheat grill to medium. Spray an 11x7 in. aluminum baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2 In pan, whisk together lemon juice, honey, and salt. Dip both sides of salmon in marinade, arrange on one side. Add scallion and sesame seeds on other side.

  3. 3Move salmon into the middle of the pan, arrange sauce around it. Grill in pan over direct heat for 10-12 minutes, flipping salmon once and stirring sauce every so often. Serve when salmon is flaky.
