Instructions
1Fill a large pot with 2 quarts cold water and place over high heat. When boiling, add pasta and cook according to package. Drain and set aside.
2Preheat grill to medium-high.
3Toss chicken with 1 tsp. oil, salt and pepper. Grill 6-10 minutes, turning once halfway through.
4In a cast iron skillet, stir together 1 tsp. oil, tomatoes, olives, garlic and rosemary. Place on grill and cook until juicy. Set chicken aside 5 minutes, remove rosemary from
skillet.
5Thinly slice chicken. In a large bowl, toss with pasta and tomato sauce. Serve with parsley if desired.
