Instructions
1Fill a large pot with 4 quarts cold water and place over High heat. When boiling, add pasta and cook according to package. Drain.
2Place a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add butter. When melted, add onions and cook 8-10 minutes. Stir in thyme, basil and salt, cook another minute. Add 1 cup cream, wine and tomato paste.
3In a small bowl, whisk together flour and 1/2 cup cream. Add to skillet. Bring to a boil, continue to stir 2 minutes to thicken. Add 1/4 cup cheese and pasta. Toss and serve with rest
of cheese.
