Instructions
1Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef, mushrooms and onion, cook until beef is browned. Drain, add salt and pepper.
3Meanwhile, roll dough into a 15x12 in. rectangle on a lightly floured, flat surface. Place on prepared baking sheet.
4Mix together sour cream, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Spread over crust, leaving a 2 in. border. Top with meat mixture, fold in all four edges, leaving a rectangle uncovered in the center.
5Bake 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Top with blue cheese. Cool on a wire rack 5 minutes and serve.
