Instructions
1Fill a large pot with 6 quarts cold water and place over High heat to boil. When boiling, add pasta and cook 9-11 minutes. Drain and place under cold running water until completely
cool.
2In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, canola oil, vinegar, red pepper, 1/4 cup scallions and 2 Tbsp. cilantro. Toss in the cooled noodles, snow peas and
bell pepper.
3Serve with sesame seeds, scallions and cilantro on top.
