  • (9 cups) romaine lettuce, shredded
  • (2 1/2 cups) skinless roasted chicken breast, shredded
  • (3) hard-boiled egg whites, chopped
  • (3) fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • (6 Tbsp.) blue cheese, crumbled
  • (4 slices) crisp-cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • (1) avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
  • (1/3 cup) green onions, chopped
  • (3/4 cup) light ranch dressing

Everything Cobb Salad

Shredded romaine lettuce topped with all the traditional cobb salad fixings and Ranch dressing.

  1. 1Portion out lettuce. Top each portion with chicken, chopped egg, tomatoes, blue cheese, turkey bacon, avocado, green onion and 1/8 cup dressing. Toss and serve.
