Instructions
1Preheat grill to medium heat. Fill a medium pot with 1 quart cold water and place over High heat. When boiling, add pasta and cook according to package. Drain.
2Sprinkle both sides of chicken with lemon-pepper seasoning. Use tongs and a paper towel dipped in olive oil to grease the grill rack. Grill chicken 14-16 minutes, covered, flipping once. Cut into cubes.
3Toss pasta and chicken with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Serve and enjoy!
