  • (3/4 cup) canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • (1 small) tomato, chopped
  • (1/3 cup) frozen corn, thawed
  • (2 Tbsp.) red onion, chopped
  • (1/4 cup) fat-free ranch salad dressing
  • (1 Tbsp.) barbecue sauce
  • (1-1/2 cups) torn romaine

Chopped Barbeque Chicken Ranch Salad

A chunky chicken salad with kidney beans and corn in a barbeque ranch sauce.

  1. 1In a large bowl, stir together Ranch dressing and barbeque sauce. Toss in chicken, kidney beans, tomato, corn and onion. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
