Instructions
1Fill a large pot with 2 quarts cold water, place over high heat to boil. Once boiling, add pasta and cook 8-10 minutes or according to package.
2During the last 2-3 minutes, add the peas and continue to cook, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, basil, mustard, salt and pepper in a
large bowl.
3Drain pasta and peas, rinse under cold water until completely cool. Add to dressing, toss to caot. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, up to overnight. Serve and enjoy!
