Instructions
1In a large bowl, pour boiling water over bulgur. Cover and set aside 30 minutes.
2Add figs, parsley, mint, cranberries, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and chickpeas. Toss to combine cover and refrigerate until cooled. Serve and enjoy!
