  • (14 oz. can) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
  • (1 cup) shredded Italian cheese blend, optional
  • (3 1/2 oz. package) sliced pepperoni
  • (1/4 cup) red onion, chopped
  • (2 oz. jar) sliced pimientos, drained
  • (1/3-1/2 cup) Italian salad dressing
