  • (12 cups) fresh spinach, torn
  • (8) green onions, chopped
  • (6) hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • (1/2 lb.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • (8 oz. can) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • (6 1/2 oz. jar) marinated artichokes, drained and quartered
  • (8 strips) bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • (1/2 cup) cider vinegar
  • (1/2 cup) sugar
  • (1/2 tsp.) salt
  • (1/2 tsp.) ground mustard
  • (1 tsp.) grated onion
  • (1 cup) vegetable oil

Fresh torn spinach tossed with vegetables, hard-boiled eggs and crumbled bacon in a sweet mustard dressing.
