  • (2.1 oz. package) Instant Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Jell-O® Chocolate Pudding mix
  • (2 cups) cold, skim milk
  • (2 cups) Light Cool Whip®
  • (1/2 tsp.) vanilla extract
  • (1/4 tsp.) ground cinnamon

Light Chocolate Mousse

An easy 5 minute dessert of chocolate pudding mixed with cool whip.

  1. 1Place pudding mix in a large bowl, add 2 cups milk and whisk about 2 minutes or until dissolved. Add cool whip, vanilla and cinnamon, gently fold to combine.
