Blueberry Peach Cobbler
A sweet summer cobbler made with fresh peaches and blueberries.

Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2In a 9x13 in. baking pan, combine butter and oil. Heat 5-7 minutes.
3In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, sugar, vanilla and melted butter. Pour back into pan and top with peaches and blueberries.
4Bake another 50-60 minutes, until browned. Cool on a wire rack 15 minutes and serve.
