  • (1/2 cup) skim milk
  • (1 oz. package) instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • (1 tsp.) pumpkin pie spice
  • (8 oz. container) fat free frozen whipped topping

Crustless Pumpkin Pie

A light and airy pumpkin pie topped with whipped cream.

  1. 1Combine pumpkin, milk, instant pudding and pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl. Add half of whipped topping, gently fold to combine.
  2. 2Transfer to an 8 in. pie plate, top evenly with rest of whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour and serve.
