Ingredients:
  • (14 1/2 oz. can) pitted tart cherries in water
  • (2 Tbsp.) sugar
  • (2 cups) 2% milk
  • (2 1.3-oz packages) sugar-free cook-and-serve chocolate pudding mix
  • (1) frozen pastry shell (9 in. diameter), baked

    Instructions

  1. 1Drain cherries over a bowl to reserve juice. Place cherries in a separate bowl, add sugar, set aside.
  2. 2Place a large saucepan over medium heat. Add milk, cherry juice and pudding mix. Stir until boiling, continue to cook another 2 minutes to thicken. Add cherries.

  3. 3Pour into crust and place on a wire rack to cool. Serve and enjoy.
