Fresh and Fruity Popsicles

  • (2 cups) summer fruit (pineapple, oranges, cherries, blueberries and strawberries work great)
  • (1 tsp.) sugar (optional)
  • (1 tsp.) lemon juice

Fresh and Fruity Popsicles

A great homemade, healthy popsicle that can be a substitute for the sugary ones that kids love.

  1. 1Add the fruit* and lemon juice to a blender and blend until smooth. If too thick, add a small spoon of water. Add sugar if desired.
  2. 2Place one popsicle stick into each mold, then pour the fruit mixture into the mold.
  3. 3Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight until completely frozen. Enjoy!
