Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine oats, raisins, walnuts and salt. In a separate bowl, stir together banana, oil and vanilla. Add to oat mixture, stir and set aside for 15 minutes.
2Preheat oven to 350°F. Set out 2
baking sheets.
3Measure rounded tablespoonfuls and drop them onto the baking sheets. Bake 15 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool on wire racks and serve.
