  • (1/2 cup) unsweetened cocoa
  • (1 1/3 cups) very strong decaffeinated coffee, cooled

Fluffy Mocha Cake

A light and fluffy chocolate angel food cake with strong coffee flavor.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Set out two 9x5 in. loaf pans.
  2. 2Use an electric mixer on low to mix together cake mix and cocoa until combined. Add coffee, blend well, then increase speed to medium and beat another minute. Pour into ungreased pans.

  3. 3Bake 33-43 minutes, or until cracked on top and dark golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
