Instructions
1Fill a large pot with 2 inches cold water. Place over High heat to boil. Place carrots, bell peppers and onions in a steamer basket and place in the pot. Cover and steam 10 minutes,
drain.
2Whisk together tomato soup, milk, dressing, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and black pepper to taste in a large bowl. Toss in vegetables, cover and refrigerate at least 12
hours. Enjoy!
