  • (2 5 1/2-oz. cans) flaked crabmeat, drained
  • (2 Tbsp.) light mayonnaise
  • (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese, at room temperature
  • (1/4 tsp.) garlic powder
  • (1/4 tsp.) salt
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Crab Cheese Canapes

A chilled crab and cream cheese log rolled in parsley.

  1. 1Stir together crabmeat, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic powder and salt in a medium bowl. Place in the center of a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log.

  2. 2Roll up, twist the ends and refrigerate 2 hours.
  3. 3To serve, unwrap and roll in chopped parsley. Serve on vegetable slices or whole-grain crackers.*
