  • (8 oz.) frozen shelled edamame, cooked
  • (1/4 cup) water
  • (2 Tbsp.) reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • (1 Tbsp.) fresh ginger, minced
  • (1 Tbsp.) rice vinegar
  • (1 Tbsp.) tahini
  • (1 clove) garlic
  • (1/8 tsp.) salt
  • Hot pepper sauce, to taste

Asian Style Hummus

This easy hummus is made with edamame, ginger and tahini.

    Instructions

  1. 1Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Refrigerate at least 1 hour then serve with veggies or crackers.*
