  • (2/3 cup) chopped spinach, cooked
  • (1 tsp.) lemon pepper
  • (1/4 tsp.) salt
  • (18 thin slices) brie

  1. 1Follow directions on box for cooking artichoke hearts.
  2. 2Preheat the broiler. In a small bowl, mix together spinach, lemon pepper and salt. Evenly distribute between each artichoke and top with brie.
  3. 3Broil 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is melted and serve.
