Instructions
1Preheat broiler. Line a baking
sheet with foil.
2In a medium bowl, toss together all ingredients besides baguette. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
3Place 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a small bowl. Use pastry brush to brush both sides of bread. Evenly distribute vegetable mixture on bread slices, broil 2-3 minutes or until bread is toasted.
