  • (1/2) sweet onion, coarsely chopped
  • (1/2 cup) water
  • (1/2 cup) apple cider vinegar
  • (1 tsp.) Splenda or sugar
  • (1 tsp.) ground black pepper
  • (1/2 tsp.) salt

Sweet and Tangy Cucumbers

Thinly sliced cucumbers marinated in a sweet and tangy sauce.

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine cucumber, onion, water, vinegar, Splenda, pepper and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, up to overnight. Enjoy!
