Ingredients:
  • (8 oz. package) cream cheese, softened
  • (2/3 cup) sour cream
  • (2/3 cup) mayonnaise
  • (2 cloves) garlic, minced
  • (1 1/2 tsp.) Cajun seasoning
  • Dash of hot pepper sauce
  • (2 cups) cooked peeled shrimp, chopped
  • (10 oz. package) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • (2 Tbsp.) sweet red pepper, chopped
  • (2 Tbsp.) green onion, chopped

Cajun Shrimp and Spinach Dip

A creamy cajun dip loaded with chopped shrimp, spinach and a crunch from sweet red peppers.

    Instructions

  1. 1Use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, Cajun seasoning and hot pepper sauce. Add shrimp, spinach and red pepper, stir to combine. Refrigerate until chilled.

  2. 2Top with green onion. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.*
