Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Place a sheet of foil in an 8x8 in. baking pan, letting it hang over the edges. Spray foil with cooking spray.
2Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl, set aside.
3In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, yogurt, oil and vanilla. Add zucchini and chocolate chips, stir to combine. Add to flour mixture, stir until blended.
4Pour into pan and bake 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 30 minutes in pan,
remove from pan using foil. Cool completely and serve.
