Butter Garlic Oven Fries
Thick potatoes simply seasoned and baked until tender and crispy, then tossed in garlic butter and Parmesan cheese.

Instructions
1Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2Place oil, salt and potatoes into a gallon-sized ziplock bag. Seal and toss.
3Transfer to baking sheet and bake 50 minutes, turning halfway through.
4At about 5 minutes left, place a large nonstick skillet over low heat. Add butter and garlic, stir for 2 minutes until melted. Toss hot potatoes, parsley and cheese with butter, serve.
