Mini baked salmon patties coated in crunchy sesame seeds and served with a spicy yogurt dip.

Instructions
1In a medium bowl, mix together salmon, bread crumbs, carrot, scallions, soy sauce, grated ginger, 2 Tbsp. yogurt, 1/4 cup sesame seeds and 1/2 tsp. wasabi paste. Refrigerate
1 hour.
2In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. yogurt and 1/2 tsp. wasabi paste. Refrigerate 1 hour.
3Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
4Place sesame seeds on a plate. Measure 1 Tbsp. at a time and form into patties. Coat with sesame seeds and place on greased baking sheet.
5Spray again with cooking spray and bake 10-12 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve each with 1 tsp. yogurt, one piece pickled ginger and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
